Since the Rebellion card and account are not disposable, in case of improper use, for legal reasons it will not be possible to renew or replace your card or IBAN. Examples of inappropriate use of the Rebellion account are:

  • Having too many declined payments to merchants.

  • Declined payments in credit granting companies.

  • Multiple subscription charges declined due to insufficient funds

  • Declined direct debits for having insufficient balance.

  • Have tried to load the card with different cards unsuccessfully

  • Having misused the referral system. You can find more information on this point in this article

If this is the case and you contact us to get a new card, we will not be able to offer you to renew the card because you have misused the Rebellion services. Unfortunately, you will not be able to delete your account to create another one.
