When making payments, ATM withdrawals, top-ups, direct debits, etc. with your Rebellion card, cancellations or errors may occur that prevent the transaction from being completed. Such uncompleted transactions will be displayed in the wallet as a crossed out transaction.

Below are the explanations of common cancelled transactions and what they mean.

Cancelled card payments:

The transaction message displayed in the wallet is ̶C̶a̶r̶d̶ ̶p̶a̶y̶m̶e̶n̶t̶, which means that the purchase has been cancelled and this is due to the following reasons:

🚦You've exceeded your limit

You have exceeded a payment limit

🚦You've exceeded your [daily/monthly] limit

You have exceeded the daily or monthly payment limit

🔴 PIN attemps exceeded

You have entered your card PIN incorrectly too many times

🔴 Wrong PIN

Your card PIN is incorrect

🥀 Insufficient funds

You do not have enough funds to make the payment

🔒 Your card is blocked

Your card has been blocked

🚫 This transaction is not allowed

The transaction is not accepted by Rebellion or the merchant does not accept prepaid card payments

🧭 Reverted

The purchase has been cancelled and the money reimbursed to your account

🔙 Cashback

The transaction has been returned to your account

❌ Error

An error has occurred in the transaction and it has been cancelled

Cancelled ATM withdrawals:

The transaction message displayed in the wallet is ̶W̶i̶t̶h̶d̶r̶a̶w̶l̶ , which means the ATM withdrawal has been cancelled and this is due to the following reasons:

🔒 Your card is blocked

Your card has been blocked

🚦You've exceeded your limit

You have exceeded an ATM withdrawal limit

🚦You've exceeded your [daily/monthly] limit

You have exceeded a daily or monthly ATM withdrawal limit

🔴 PIN attemps exceeded

You have entered your card PIN incorrectly too many times

🔴 Wrong PIN

You have entered your card PIN incorrectly too many times

🚫 This transaction is not allowed

The transaction is not allowed. For example: you tried to top-up your account using an ATM

🧭 Reverted

The ATM withdrawal has been reverted

🔙 Cashback

The ATM withdrawal has been returned

🥀 Insufficient funds

The withdrawal has not been possible due to insufficient funds in your account

Direct debit bill cancelled :

The transaction message displayed in the wallet is ̶R̶e̶c̶e̶i̶p̶t̶ , which means the bill payment couldn’t be completed:

🥀 Insufficient funds

The direct debit has been cancelled due to insufficient funds in your account

🚦You've exceeded your limit

The direct debit has been cancelled for exceeding payment limits

🚦You've exceeded your [daily/monthly] limit

The direct debit has been as cancelled debit cancelled for exceeding the daily or monthly payment limit

❌ Error

The direct debit has been cancelled because an error occurred

🧭 Reverted

The direct debit has been reverted

Automatic Top-Ups:

The transaction message displayed in the wallet is ̶F̶r̶o̶m̶ ̶c̶a̶r̶d̶ ̶"̶X̶X̶X̶X̶"̶, which means that the automatic top-up couldn't be completed:

💔 Rejected

The automatic top-up has been cancelled

🚦Limit $[Dairy] exceeded

The automatic top-up has been cancelled for exceeding the daily top-up limit

🚦Limit $[Monthly] exceeded

The automatic top-up has been cancelled for exceeding the monthly top-up limit

❌ Error

The automatic top-up has been cancelled because an error occurred
