What do I have to do to reactivate my account again?

We take your safety very seriously. Therefore, to reopen your account you have to send us an email from the address associated with your Rebellion account to: support@rebellionpay.com with the following information:

-The phone number you had associated with your Rebellion account

Find below a template of the email, use it if you want as:

"Hello support team,

I would like to reactivate my Rebellion account:

-My email is xxxxx@xxxx.com, which is from where I´m contacting you.

-The phone number associated with my account is XXX XXX XXX.

Please let me know when it's active

Thank you!"

Remember that it is a requirement that you send the email from the address that you had associated with your Rebellion account. Otherwise, we will not be able to verify that it is you and therefore we could not activate your account again.

How long until my account is opened again?

As soon as the Customer Happiness team has validated the information, they will send you a message to let you know that your account is active. In some cases, it will be necessary for you to send us some updated info but don't worry, wait for us to contact you 😃
