Contact our Customer Happiness team through the chat in our app or by sending an email to support@rebellionpay.com (use the same email that your Rebellion account is registered with) so they can help you manage this replacement faster.

It is important to note that the card replacement must be justified with a valid reason since the Rebellion card is not disposable.

The replacement has a cost of 5€ which includes the replacement of the card number, a replacement of the IBAN number, and a new material card.
