There are two reasons why money may of been deducted from the source account but are not showing in your Rebellion account:

  • You exceeded the limits of your Rebellion account. You can find more information on this subject here.
  • That the security system of Rebellion has detected some anomaly with the transfer, therefore it gets paused, but not blocked. In these cases please contact the Customer Happiness team through the intercom chat or via email (support@rebellionpay.com). We will gladly assist you.
