You can request and check the PIN code of your card in the "Consult PIN" option of the app, within the card section (icon at the bottom of the screen). We will send you the PIN via SMS.

It is currently possible to change the card's PIN from Euronet ATMs (inside and outside Spain as long as you introduce the material card at the ATM since it is not possible to change the PIN using contactless) and in many of the ATMs outside Spain.

It is important that you remember that the PIN of the card is not the same one that you use to access the application.

The 4-digit code you use to access your account is your password (or passcode), you can consult the card PIN as explained above 😉
